Speaking with Brett Schultz was a genuinely grounding and affirming experience during one of the most difficult chapters of my life. From the moment we spoke, he was patient, kind, and deeply knowledgeable, but what stood out most was his humanity. After interviewing several Attorneys I had the good fortune of meeting Mr. Schulz via a recommendation from a friend. I immediately realized based on the initial conversation that I would retain Mr. Schulz. He listened without interrupting, he explained the positives and negatives relative to my case... and began the process of developing a strategy for my divorce. The opposing Attorney had excellent credentials from reading her bio, however, this did not deter Brett or cause me any concern. Brett was always available, gave reasonable advice and was very conservative in our response to opposing Council. Because of Brett's advice I was able to settle the matter in mediation rather than having to go through what would have been a costly and emotional Trial. In the legal world time is money, I was very pleased with how fair Brett was with billing. Three years ago after a long unnecessary litigated biased divorce my children and I were thrown out into the street and given 7 days to move from our home without any monetary help. Long story short, I also lost my attorney. I went Pro SE. As the year passed and as hard as I tried I couldn't get ahe...ad legally. The realization of losing my son was to difficult to fathom.
