Biography
Rachel M. Falknor is an associate with the firm’s Trusts, Estates & Tax Group. Ms. Falknor is a member of the Indian River County Bar Association Young Lawyer’s Division, a member of the Indian River County Estate Planning Council, and a volunteer with the Florida Guardian ad Litem Program. During law school, Ms. Falknor was a competing member of the University of Florida Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and she studied abroad at Leiden Law School in The Netherlands. In addition, she was a fellow at the Emory University School of Law Barton Child Law and Policy Center and she served as student counsel at the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau. Ms. Falknor will graduate with her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida, College of Law in May of 2021. As an attorney at Gould Cooksey Fennell, Ms. Falknor looks forward to building relationships with clients and helping them achieve their goals through personalized estate planning.
