Allison Burton Bentley

Allison B. Bentley was born in Marietta, Georgia, and joined the firm in 2011 as a member of the Estate Planning and Tax Group. Ms. Bentley focuses her practice on sophisticated estate and taxation planning, probate and trust administration, charitable planning, and business transactions.

Ms. Bentley earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2010, with honors, from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as an Articles and Comments Editor of the University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review and earned a Dean's Certificate of Achievement for earning the highest grade in her Legal Research and Writing course. Ms. Bentley then earned the degree of Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Estate Planning, with honors, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2011, where she earned the highest grades in her Federal Wealth Transfer Taxation and Marital Deduction courses. Ms. Bentley holds her undergraduate degree, cum laude, in Classical Studies (Latin), from Vanderbilt University.

Ms. Bentley is a member of the Indian River County Bar Association and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections of the Florida Bar, The Georgia State Bar, and the American Bar Association. She is also an active volunteer with the American Cancer Society and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
