Robert Charles Clark

I engaged Mr. Clark to represent my interest in an attack on my deceased wife's will. The attackers brought a group of attorneys who claimed my wife was mentally incompetent and had been under pressure from me when her will was prepared. They attempted to discredit the the attorney who prepared tha...t will. Mr. Clark with a few very meaningful cross examining questions made short work of the opposing legal team, and the terms of the will were carried out as my wife had intended. Mr. Clark is very bright, and although he doesn't specialize in this aspect of the law is never-the-less competent in whatever he is called upon to do. He prepared a will and a trust for me suggesting a number of issues that I would have never even thought of.

Hired Robert Clark on 7/2/18 to represent me in bankruptcy. Paid in full and provided all documentation on the same day. One month later, Clark has not yet filed the petition. Today I received an email unilaterally terminating the representation and refusing to refund the fee. Clark breached the cont...ract and breached professional ethics to boot. He should be disbarred.
