Brooke Marie Benzio

    Brooke Benzio was born in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, and raised primarily in the DuPage County suburbs of Illinois. She completed high school in Martin County, Florida, and received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the Florida State University. A bioethics course at FSU inspired Brooke to attend Loyola University Chicago’s nationally ranked Health Law program.

   Assisting vulnerable populations such as children, the elderly, and those with special needs has always been important to Ms. Benzio. While in law school, she represented children as a member of Loyola’s Childlaw Clinic, and taught civics and legal concepts to middle schoolers through the Street Law program. Prior to joining Rossway Swan, Brooke worked at a prominent boutique firm in Saint Lucie West where she developed an interest in Estate Planning.

   Now, Ms. Benzio focuses her practice on assisting families in preserving wealth and providing security for loved ones with special needs or long-term care concerns. In her free time, Brooke enjoys yoga; supporting charitable endeavors, especially those related to animals and youth mentoring; and spending time with her family: her parents, in Palm City, a younger brother, and two younger sisters.
