Adam Chrzan serves clients from his office in downtown Vero Beach, Florida, focusing on criminal defense while also handling personal injury and family law matters. He graduated from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center in 2003 and began his legal career with the State Attorney’s Office in Indian River County. During six years as a prosecutor on the Treasure Coast, he gained extensive courtroom experience—trying more than 100 cases before juries and handling hundreds of probation-violation hearings and non-jury trials. That background gives him an insider’s understanding of how prosecutors and police build a case, which he now uses to challenge the evidence and protect his clients’ constitutional rights. In private practice, Mr. Chrzan has represented hundreds of people charged with offenses ranging from first-degree violent felonies to drug possession and trafficking, as well as misdemeanors like DUI, battery, and shoplifting. He is known for being hands-on, responsive, and relentless in his advocacy. Before becoming an attorney, he spent more than a decade as a newspaper staff writer in the Treasure Coast area. He is active in professional organizations and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

HIRE A PUBLIC DEFENDER
You will get the same results I had Adam represent me in a DUI case and didn't feel to bad in jail since I was with his clients. Save yourself the money once court is over he washes his hands with your case. Do yourself a favor save your money
So, unfortunately, I don't know whether this is an actual client, since they are remaining anonymous. The only DUI client in the past 3 years I have had, who had to serve a jail sentence, was a gentleman who was facing two one-year jail sentences consecutively for his 4th and 5th DUIs, both occurring within weeks of each other. Both were tough cases with blows, bad videos (one had a crash in a store parking lot with video) and no possible defenses. I pleaded him open to the judge, since the state made no offer and was seeking 24 months jail. With his family and AA sponsor and a long-time friend, we were able to convince the judge to give him 6 months' jail followed by 18 months of veteran's court probation to try and address his alcoholism. Sometimes, the best resolution includes jail. There was no offer to either me or the public defender and my thought was 6 months was far better than the 24 months (back to back) the state was seeking.

Adam Chrzan is and excellant lawyer if you have committed a crime he can plea you how ever Adam has no clue as to representing you in a court of law for trial. Adam has violated client ADA Rights Title II, 28 CFR Part 35, If you refuse to sign a plea with Adam he will withdraw from your case how eve...
This was a difficult case with overwhelming evidence against my client, who was your son. The evidence included videotapes and verbal statements and direct testimony from law officers involved in the two new cases. That evidence also was the basis of the probation violation. My recommendation was based on that evidence and my ability to negotiate a reasonable plea agreement in his probation-violation case and get the state to drop the two new cases entirely. I never withdrew from the case. In fact, after the client terminated my representation, I continued as stand-by counsel and tried to assist him in his probation-violation hearing. While the case was pending, I kept the client informed of all my actions and forwarded to him all documents and motions that I either drafted and filed or received from the state. Client contact and accessibility are the cornerstones of my practice, followed closely by experience and aggressive representation.
"I have known Mr. Chrzan for nearly 20 years. He is an excellent lawyer with a strong work ethic. I endorse his firm."
"Adam has represented several of my clients in criminal cases. He's always been very professional and very responsive to my clients and my clients have been very satisfied with his representation."
"I endorse this lawyer. He is a former prosecuting attorney with extensive experience in criminal law. He is honest and hard working. He will provide extremely competent representation."
