Adam Chrzan

Adam Chrzan serves clients from his office in downtown Vero Beach, Florida, focusing on criminal defense while also handling personal injury and family law matters. He graduated from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center in 2003 and began his legal career with the State Attorney’s Office in Indian River County. During six years as a prosecutor on the Treasure Coast, he gained extensive courtroom experience—trying more than 100 cases before juries and handling hundreds of probation-violation hearings and non-jury trials. That background gives him an insider’s understanding of how prosecutors and police build a case, which he now uses to challenge the evidence and protect his clients’ constitutional rights. In private practice, Mr. Chrzan has represented hundreds of people charged with offenses ranging from first-degree violent felonies to drug possession and trafficking, as well as misdemeanors like DUI, battery, and shoplifting. He is known for being hands-on, responsive, and relentless in his advocacy. Before becoming an attorney, he spent more than a decade as a newspaper staff writer in the Treasure Coast area. He is active in professional organizations and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
