We are renters in a house in bank foreclosure. Meanwhile, how quickly can the home owners association foreclose on the property?

The bank won't pay the dues and benefits from the HOA foreclosing because they can then foreclose quickly on the HOA without fighting any defenses...

If you can find out what company cut the trees you could also go after them for damages and trespass.

I don't recommend you take this fight on without an attorney. By law the HOA is entitled to all of its attorneys fees, interest and late fees...
