I’m Angel Gerdzhikov, a Florida-based patent attorney and business advisor with over 15 years of experience in corporate law, defense contracting, law firm practice, and university technology transfer. I have advised Fortune 500 companies, technology startups, universities, and entrepreneurs on the legal and regulatory challenges of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and intellectual property in the digital economy. I am licensed in Florida and registered with the USPTO as a patent attorney.

My focus is making intellectual property, AI law, and cybersecurity counsel practical, cost-effective, and impactful through a fractional general counsel model.

With an MBA in Cybersecurity and an active security clearance, I bring technical, business, and legal expertise to every engagement. My work has included leading global patent portfolios, negotiating complex contracts, resolving IP disputes, and training executives, engineers, and business teams on IP, AI, and cybersecurity best practices.
