On the contrary to other people's reviews, this was the absolute worst lawyer I ever could have ended up with. She silenced me. She wouldn't let me tell the judge things that the judge needed to know in order to save my child. She told me if I didn't do what she said, and if I didn't not say what she... told me to not say that she would not help me and she knew that I was completely in the dark without legal help because I had never been in a situation like that before. She had tons of proof of the way I was being treated and so many things that the judge on my case needed to see and she never presented any of it. This ended up with me getting treated like literal crap by a judge, and pretty much losing my child in the long run. My narcissist EX got to trash my name in court and make me sound like a person that I am not. And now to this day because she did not help me the way that she should have my children and I are suffering horribly. I would absolutely never ever recommend this woman to anybody. I will never understand why she had proof of things that were going on that the judge absolutely needed to see yet she never even tried to get the judge to see it.

This was my first ever experience going through a court case. My attorney Mrs.Clarke was absolutely amazing and their every step of the way. I would highly recommend her and her office. She helped me stay calm and have full understanding of my case and answered every question I had to the fullest. I... am so very thankful for Mrs.Clarke!

When I met up with Ms Clarke I was the POA for her client who was involved in a really dragged out messy divorce. By this time it was Christmas week and I was requesting a motion for a quick emergency divorce due to the client’s rapidly declining health. The client, by this time passed speaking, want...ed 3 things in order to pass in peace: to be divorced, to have something to leave her two teenage sons, and to have adequate time to vacate the home. Remember this is Christmas week and the week of New Year’s and Ms Clarke was not due back into the office until Jan 3; and the client could pass at any moment. This was something that would take a real miracle. When both Ms Clarke and her wonderful paralegal, Erika, understood the gravity and time constraint of this they went into high speed, working long hours keeping me busy evaluating offers and counteroffers, and doing all the work lawyers do, to the point of when I couldn’t get to a notary with all the right info in hand before they closed, Erica came to my home, 25 miles from where she was, to notarize my signing of the divorce petition as she had all the necessary documentation. Leaving my home late in the evening to scan the papers and send to Ms Clarke who was waiting in her office. She continued into the night and the documents were sent to the judge who signed the divorce the next morning, Saturday, Jan 4. They were recorded Monday, Jan 6th, the client although not really aware, when she did respond it was with a tiny smile and body relaxed in peace. Although she did not regain consciousness she knew that all three of her concerns were addressed and passed on Jan 10 in peace. Between the patience shown this 87 year old POA and the dedication, time, effort and perseverance exhibited, Ms Clarke and her great paralegal, worked with God to make this miracle happen. Such heart and compassion seems rare in the legal world at least when it comes to jokes made, etc. it certainly made this old heart sing.
