The couple we bought our modular Home from wanted to use her for the closing because they had lived in Merritt Island in past and used her because she was cheaper in cost than other Attorney's. We closed on our home January 21, 2021 and as of last week on August 5 we got our paperwork back with not...hing done. We left numerous phone calls, texts and emails with no response from her for months. Finally, had to do our own investigations on finding her because of office being closed of covid. Found a person of interest who I will not mention get a hold of her. Only because of this person, we finally got our titles to our home and are able to go forward to get our home in our names. There is no need to hire her because nothing will get done and cause a lot of headaches and sleepless nights.
