This attorney is unethical. He nickels and dimes his client. Kept my case on his desk for 8mths. He relies heavily on his paralegal Beverly. Beverly is the gate keeper! From day one he tells you only what you want to hear. He will ignore your phone calls by looking on his caller ID. I have seen ... it first hand. I have been forced to get another attorney. Mr. Freyberg even admitted he wasn't that good in litigation. Save your money and get a good attorney. Look at the AVVO ratings. Mr. Freyberg does not deserve a 6.5 rating in my book.
