I am still reeling how Law Enforcement and the Court System could allow an Injunction and a Criminal Mischief (1st Degree) to proceed solely on the biases of the “word” of one bad neighbor. Mr. Swerbilow was not only able to get a DISMISS and NOT GUILTY, but he was able to turn the tables on this neighbor. In the Injunction case, Mr. Swerbilow got the Judge to say what we wanted to hear, that my wife and I could file an injunction against this neighbor, that this neighbor was lying, being the aggressor and much more; the case was DISSMED. In the Criminal trial, Mr. Swerbilow’s extensive knowledge of the Law and due-diligence to work for my benefit (no short cuts on his part), he filed two separate Pre-Trial motions that took the legal winds from the Prosecutor’s sails before we even entered the real trial. During the Criminal trial, the most uncomfortable people in the Court room were the two Prosecutors and my neighbor. It was something else to watch Mr. Swerbilow “set up the pins” and “knock them down”. NOT GUILTY took 20 minutes.
