Biography
Attorney Brad Sinclair is an avid motorcycle rider and antique motorcycle enthusiast. Over the years, he has sponsored hundreds of charity rides and events throughout central Florida. As a proud owner of an original 1964 Harley Davidson Panhead, 1975 Harley Davidson Shovelhead, and a 1980 Honda CBX 1000, Sinclair enjoys hitting the open road with his fellow bikers. In addition to Sinclair’s passion for Motorcycles, he is a car enthusiast and a licensed multi-engine pilot. When not riding on his bike or driving around town in one of his hot rods, he enjoys flying.
Sinclair was born and raised in Jerseyville, Illinois. He received his undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale; and his Juris Doctor degree at Hamline University in Saint Paul, Minnesota. He is licensed to practice law both in the state of Florida and Illinois.
In 1984 Sinclair moved from Illinois to the State of Florida and began practicing law, initially as a general practitioner, and then in 1986, as a claims attorney for Allstate Insurance Company. After approximately two years, Sinclair found himself disgusted with the insurance company’s inability to grant fair compensation to the injured. Convinced he had to support and deliver more than just adequate attention to those individuals who had suffered from a personal injury accident. Shortly after, in 1990, Sinclair began working at a Personal Injury firm where he remained until he opened his own practice in 1995, Sinclair Law Offices. Sinclair is a civil attorney concentrating his practice on personal injury and wrongful death claims.
