Jo Anne Shumard

Jo Anne Shumard, a Brevard County resident, lives in Satellite Beach and focuses much of her practice to bankruptcy law.  With over 25 years of legal experience in bankruptcy and litigation, she served as Legal Advisor to the Clerk at the United States Bankruptcy Court. Ms. Shumard also had the honor of serving as law clerk to two federal bankruptcy judges and a federal magistrate judge. Formerly, she was a partner at Ferderer & Shumard, P.A. in the Orlando area.

The Florida Supreme Court has certified Jo Anne as a Circuit Civil Mediator and a qualified Arbitrator. Ms. Shumard is a Debt Relief Agency, helping people file for relief under the Bankruptcy Code.
