Ric was the voice for my daughter. I believe because of him my daughter will benifit from his help in the years She will have a better and higher quality of life I recommend him to anyone seeking cusodty of their child or children. He worked with me- even when I didn't like what I was hearing, retu...rned calls asap. He presented a good case in court for me and mt daughter. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a good lawyer.

Ric, represented our son in his custody case of his daughter. He was a down to earth person,answered all our sons question, told him the worst and best that could happen in the case. He put up with the rants and got him calmed down. He answered our calls and email asap. In the end he did a great job ...in court, helping our son have his daughter 75% of the time. As the grandmother, Ric has made us one happy and grateful family. He comes very highly recommended from us.

We hired Ric after consulting with multiple attorneys in Brevard. He was kind in the initial consultation & seemed like he knew what he was doing. As far as filing certain paperwork he was good & fast. When it came to his actual representation in front of a judge, we were very disappointed. Like one ...of the other reviews stated, we provided him with an extensive amount of evidence against the opposing party & he failed to submit it or use it in a temporary hearing. For someone to literally your life with your child in their hands till said child is 18, Ric is careless and lackadaisical. When this was brought to his attention he replied with an invoice & completely ignored our concerns. He then recused himself from the case due to “irreconcilable differences”. We were already looking for new representation so he did us a favor. Can’t imagine how he would represent someone in the final trial. Waste of money. We have since hired another attorney. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.
