Colleen took the time to listen to acquire a full understanding of my bizarre situation. She is empathetic and compassionate. She has a high level of integrity because rather than view me as an easy money grab she recommended not taking legal action to protect myself from unnecessary harassment by th...e other party. She felt it was for the best and I highly respect that from her. This was also based on how a prior legal proceeding ended with it being favorable for me. She was so helpful and recommended alterative ways to spend the money I would have spent on an attorney to better help my situation. Highly recommend Colleen DeGraff! Our first attorney passed away very unexpectedly. We were notified on a Saturday by email and the court date was Tuesday. I spoke to Colleen on Monday and she took over no hesitation! She appeared on my husband’s behalf since we live in another state. Colleen was ext...remely patient, answered any questions I had (phone, email or text) even after hours and just an all around caring person. She got the case dismissed and had the paperwork to us in a timely manner. I would give her 10 stars if I could!!

Mrs DGraff represented me on a case where I was charged with two felonies and a misdemeanor, and at the time of that arrest I was actually on probation so then I VOP'd. She took the time to look over every aspect of my case, all evidence, videos, written documents and my case turned out better than I... could have ever hoped. The entire case ended up getting thrown out and then for my VOP she ended up getting that squashed as well. You're only hurting yourself if you don't hire her she's one of the one who actually cares and takes the time not only to treat you like a human being and not a paycheck but I feel she legitimately cares about helping out!!!
