Biography
Attorney Eve Travis graduated with honors from the University of Florida College of Law. Ms. Travis focused her studies in the areas of estate planning, probate and taxation. While in law school, Ms. Travis interned for Florida’s 11th Judicial Circuit-Probate Division and worked as a Certified Legal Intern for the Office of the Public Defender- 18th Judicial Circuit. Ms. Travis also worked with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program helping low income residents prepare their tax returns. Ms. Travis graduated with honors from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in biology. As an undergraduate student, Ms. Travis taught biology lab for Florida State University.
Before joining Arcadier & Associates, Ms. Travis was employed by the law firm of Avery, Whigham & Winesett, P.A. in Fort Myers, Florida. Ms. Travis concentrates her law practice in the areas of wills, trusts, probate, real property titles, title insurance, 1031 tax free exchanges, and other real estate transactions.
