Kathleen Erin Rallo

Florida-raised and community-focused, Katie Rallo built her legal career through steady, hands-on trial work. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Criminal Justice and a Psychology minor, then attended Western New England University School of Law. Throughout law school, she worked full time in New England firms, which helped shape her practical approach to litigation early on. Katie began practicing in Connecticut, where she became a criminal trial attorney and handled a wide mix of cases, including personal injury, family law, and criminal charges from misdemeanors through serious felonies and murder. Wanting to raise her family closer to home, she returned to Florida and joined the Public Defender’s Office in the 18th Judicial Circuit, trying felony cases and gaining significant courtroom experience in Brevard County. She later transitioned back to private practice and joined the criminal division at GMTB Law, where she defends clients in everything from misdemeanor allegations to capital felony prosecutions, and also assists with civil injunctions and matters involving Marsy’s Law. Beyond her caseload, Katie serves as a Director with the Brevard County Bar Association, leads the circuit’s annual high school mock trial program, and volunteers locally, including coaching youth basketball through the Police Athletic League.
