poor communicator
AS A CLIENT OF MARK HILL, I CAN GIVE AN HONEST OPINION OF HIS SKILLS. VERY POOR, POOR COMMUNICATOR TO ME AS A CLIENT, AND LACK OF KNOWLEDGE OF FLORIDA STATUTES. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
