Tamara Braz is an experienced litigator, focusing her practice on counseling, defending, and litigating coverage and liability matters for insurance carriers in state and federal courts throughout Florida. represented insurance carriers in disputes involving first party homeowners’ insurance claims, and has experience assisting carriers in coverage determinations, conducting examinations under oath, and providing coverage evaluations of complex insurance claims.
