David Arnold Venie

I want to say I have a fairly lengthy amount of experience dealing with attorneys and court proceedings (All family law) I have had 4 attorneys in total. I have never once been as satisfied as I have been with Mr. Venie. He is a stand up lawyer, and he is very honest. He will explain to you the law a...nd how it works. He won't simply file motions on your behalf just to charge you more money, which is what has happened with some of the other attorneys I have hired. He will not lie to you to get more money filing petitions he knows he can't win. He is VERY familiar with the law and his extensive knowledge is a huge benefit when you are dealing with such important legal proceedings. For my individual case he did all of the talking (knowing I was very emotional and full of anxiety) He took the time to understand everything that I had to say and the way that I felt. He took all of that into consideration and used is knowledge of the law to present my case and get the results I was hoping for. He was VERY well prepared for my case and wasn't afraid to jump right into defending me and and also justifying the things he said with his law knowledge. The opposing parties council tried to say multiple things about the law in which Mr. Venie was quickly able to correct him on. Proving his vast knowledge with the law. I am hoping my case is settled completely but even if it's not, I will still be using Mr. Venie for any family law matter in the future. I was, and still am very grateful, and appreciative of his hard work. I also had lots of questions about my case and he was very prompt about returning my emails and answering my questions in detail. He is a stand up attorney who isn't going to try and bleed you dry financially. He is compassionate and a very knowledgeable attorney who gets things done. From the day I contacted him to the day we settled took less than 2 months. I never once felt like I was put on the back burner. He was always right on top of everything. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Mr. Venie to anyone who is going through any family law matters.

I contacted this attorney in attempt to find resolution in a family court case. After 1 minute of conversing with him his nasty attitude came out. I asked him if he would be able to communicate 30 minutes past 5pm in order to discuss the case since my work hours are business hours- he was rude and s...arcastic. family court cases are difficult on there own- the last thing a plaintiff needs is a rude attorney who wont go above and beyond for there client.
