La peor abogada que e visto después de que se le se le pagó un divorcio que dijo que duraría 6 meses y ya va hacer 2 años y no se sabe nada ni del supuesto divorcio que hizo ni de ella ya que nunca contesta las llamadas dice que te regresa la llamada y nunca lo hizo después que ella recibe el dinero ...ya es un problema para contactarla

LA PEOR DE TODAS!!! Malísima!!! No hace nada…… hay que estarla llamando para que haga las cosas y siempre inventa una excusa, no contestan el teléfono, te trancan las llamadas, una inepta!!! No hagan NADA con Mónica Santiago abogada de familia en orlando, es la peor abogada de todas! No sabe NADA!!! ...

La peor abogada que se puede uno encontrar. Irresponsable inepta y abusadora. Le pide a.los clients dinero por adelantado en mi caso el tribunal.asigno una vista y luego dos meses mas.tarde me llamo el mismo dia de la vista para decir que no habia tenido tiempo de prepararse para.el caso ni emplazar ...a las partes. Nunca da la cara. No se deja ver y ella misma se hace pasar por su secretariat cuando.atiende el telefono. Nunca tiene tiempo para hablar siempre esta en un Deadline" u ocupada. Ha sido suspendida dos veces por el American bar association y amonestada una mas. Nuestra querella sera la proxima. Merce Ser desaforada. No es digna.de.llevar la toga. Keep away from this person. Mentirosa ,negligente,irresponsable e inexperta.

I signed an agreement with Monica A. Santiago and made a full payment for my services. Three months later she hasn’t done anything on my case. It’s a pain for them to answer my phone calls or get in contact. I made 2 appointments both confirmed and she canceled on me last minute. I arrived at the off...ice on the website. They told me she has multiple offices and sent me a new address, after driving for 2 hours it turns out it was a public fast food place which violates my confidentiality on the case. She lied to my face saying she had the documents ready and showed up with no documents at all wanting me to sign blank documents which I did not agree to. She got offended for me not wanting to sign a blank paper and told me she was gonna charge for a service she did not do at all. She started being verbally disrespectful in public and started accusing me of following her which I never did and there was people as witness. I’m not surprised to find out she has gotten her license suspended twice and had an admonishment in 2016 for misconduct. She lacks work ethic and professionalism. I don’t think anyone should go through this situation. Don’t waste your time here, get yourself a responsible lawyer who will actually do their job. Also, I still have not received my refund.

I had hired her as my attorney to represent me in my divorce case, I made her full payment of her fees and after a month, I had not yet submitted anything in court. As if that were not enough, she referred me to a supposed lawyer who works with her, who showed a totally anti-ethical and anti-professi...onal behavior. Using obscene language in the presence of my children, making a conference between them without telling the client, making fun of my personal situation and lying in my face about the alleged papers submitted to the court, where I argue that I placed them in a private way so that the other party will not know about my legal representation. I had to orient myself with another lawyer and even with the same court to realize that all this time they lied to me in my face and had not done anything. I had to fire her as a lawyer and hire a real lawyer. The only good thing I can say, is that she gave me back the money. But as a lawyer DOES NOT WORK!!
