She jeopardized a case by minimizing injuries during litigation &/ or a deposition which provided the criminal offender with a more favorable outcome because the attorney/ lawyer that she works for &/ or worked for is negligent, incompetent, ineffective, &/ or inefficient. She would probably be bette...r if she were working for an honest team, but the team she's assigned to doesn't really care. She told me she is passionate about her job/ career, but when it was time to go to trial she didn't have what it took to win big. She definitely has a voice of reason & maybe could make a great negotiator for hostile situations, but an expert trial attorney (falsely advertised) is either not what she is passionate about or her employer is a demon since he doesn't keep the promises he puts in cards that are mailed to his clients.
