Eric was raised in the greater Pittsburgh Pennsylvania area, and has lived in Orlando Florida since 2003. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2003 from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law. Eric is admitted to practice before all Florida State and Federal courts, the District of Columbia, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He focuses his practice on business torts, contract litigation, and securties litigation/arbitration.
Prior to practicing law, Eric gained extensive experience in the financial industry through his work as a broker and eventually as the President of a regional broker-dealer specializing in institutional execution and boutique investment banking. During his time working in the financial inustry, Eric was employed as a retail broker, equity trader, operations and compliance principal, and financial operations principal (FINOP). Eric currently maintains several licenses including the Series 7, 24, 52 and 53.
