Not sure. I'm assuming this person has an attorney. He should ask his attorney. However I am assuming this docket entry is the least of his worries!!

I agree with my colleague. Unfortunately you cannot undo the expungement to seal your new charge.

Your question is best answered by an immigration attorney. A sealing would not make a difference as far as your visa status Good luck!

You should only have the public defender if you are indigent. If you can afford an attorney then you should not be using the pd.
