Slam Dunk Win!
My Case was a unique one because it was very new and dealing with science and statues that were outdated and confusing for most people to fully understand even LEO and the states attorney . The States Attorney thought they had a good case against me and falsely arrested me based on what they believe...
"Anne is a top flight trial lawyer. She is an aggressive lawyer who is well versed in many areas of criminal law. She has no fear and will fight for her clients no matter what the charges or the obstacles she has to overcome. Anne has trained DEA, FBI and other law enforcement officials on many areas of criminal law. She uses that experience along with her past position as both a Statewide Prosecutor and Assistant State Attorney to diligently defend her clients. Most of all, Anne cares about her clients and despite being aggressive in court has empathy and concern for the people she represents. I highly endorse her!"
"I served with Anne as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami. Anne is superbly skilled and knowledgeable in trial practice and criminal law. I strongly recommend her."
