Does not respond
We asked Michael for his help, he agreed. He got spooked and did not respond. Calls, emails, multiple times. No response. We wasted significant amount of time. When finally reached, softly, softly gave weak excuses and arrogantly said “you’re welcome” for 3 minutes of work.

Not focused,or fight for client's rights.
Mike was hired over 3 months ago. He was not focused on the case. Had to follow-up too much with him. He was paid fully upfront. Instead of trying to close the case up he wanted further funds. He should be focused on helping his clients instead of adding more stress.
