Biography
I am a solo practitioner in Orlando. I have practiced, and currently practice, law in the areas of domestic relations/family law, immigration, personal injury, and probate, in many Florida counties, including Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake, Marion, Brevard, Volusia, St. John's, Hillsborough, Polk, and Leon among others. I have been in practice in the practice of law in Florida for more than twenty years (since 1989). I have practiced in Florida Circuit Courts, Federal Court, and Immigration Court.
I obtained my Bachelor's Degree from Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Subsequently, I obtained my law degree from Loyola Law Shool in New Orleans, Louisiana.
I had substantial experience in trials and hearings before Judicial Hearing Officers representing the State of Florida's Department of Revenue, Child Support Enforcement Division, in paternity and child support issues in Orange County, Florida. I also have practiced before judges and magistrates in the resolution of divorce cases, personal injury cases, and probate matters in the Central Florida area.
My main goals have been to provide the best legal representation possible to my clients using the least costly options, and to help my clients navigate the legal system with a view to the best resolution of their legal problems. I provide payment plans and reasonable attorneys' fees for my clients, as well as personal and individual attention to their cases.
