The Elder Law Center of Kirson and Fuller has been an invaluable asset to our family since November 2011 when a family member was exploited and defrauded of nearly $100,000. Living out of state, we entrusted the firm to protect our relative's and our rights as guardians under Florida Law. We were impressed by the courteous and knowledgable manner in which our questions were answered. We always felt that our family member's needs were of utmost importance to everyone at the firm. We sincerely recommend The Elder Law Center of Kirson and Fuller and their staff without hesitation.

Attorney Kirson is a dedicated and extremely competent elder law attorney. Her recent activities in completing the annual accounting and plan for my ward was a further example of her and her staff's professionalism. Navigating the areas of Medicaid, Medicare and VA compliance and maximizing the benefits the wards are entitled to is a very specialized area of law. Attorney Kirson and her staff are the "go to" group for getting it done.

Heather is the attorney for a number of my Guardianship clients and I truly value her expertise. The staff at the firm are exceptional. Heather and her staff are so compassionate and passionate about their clients and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of the vulnerable and exploited. I am so grateful for everything they do for me and my wards, helping to guide me through a sometimes frustrating profession. No hesitation at all in recommending Heather and her staff to family and friends and therefore, anyone needing help.

Heather Kirson had the experience and knowledge to help my parents qualify for VA Aid and Attendance when other so called elder care attorneys couldn't. And when my mother passed away and my father went into a nursing home Ms. Kirson shifted gears and helped get my father qualified for Medicaid. Everyone at the Elder Law Center of Kirson and Fuller is a professional and I always felt they had my parents well being as their number one priority. I always felt comfortable knowing that my parents were in good hands and had someone in their corner helping get the benefits they are entitled to.
