Expungement Process

I hired Mr. Sommerville roughly 6 months ago in order to go through the expungement process of a charge I had recieved that was dropped by the sate of Florida. Mr. Sommerville and his team were quick to not only respond but act on the requests I had on a regular basis. He worked tirelessly on my case..., and always responded personally to me if I needed it until the entire process was resolved. I would recommend his services to anyone living in the Orlando area and beyond it!

If Your in need of a Good lawyer Look no further

Thomas sommerville has done an amazing job with my Criminal charges. I was facing up to 17 years in prison for Charges that where very unfair needless to say! I was beyond stressed and worried that these charges would not go away. He worked endlessly and Got me a deal that not only kept me out of pri...son but also could save my professional licensing. I walked away with Misdemeanor charges and probation. I am forever greatful for him, he is understanding and was patient when it came to my financial situation. I will refer him to anyone I know In need of a good lawyer.

Incredible results from an awful situation

My wife and I hired Mr. Somerville to help my Step-Son in a series of criminal cases. Needless to say the end result was better than we could have ever expected. If you need a competent and effective criminal defense attorney I suggest you hire Mr. Somerville.
