Melanie Marie Demps

Melanie Demps always made me feel like I was her only client by giving me her complete attention in all forms of communication. I could always count on her to remind me of details that I may have forgotten, not to mention I had complete trust in her & never questioned any actions that she took withou...t consulting me first (like telling opposing counsel that we were not willing to go through yet another mediation!) because, based on our previous discussions, I knew that she would give the same answer as if she had asked me. Melanie, her paralegal, & everyone else that I came in contact with at her office were always friendly, helpful, & prompt in assembling & filing any documents as well as making me feel "in the loop" by including me in all communications between us & opposing counsel and/or the courts. Lastly, she was easy to get a hold of when I needed legal advice. Her suggestions never failed to be but the best course of action, whether I wanted to hear it or not, as well as those actions that I never would have considered on my own. The only reason that my case dragged on was because of the other party involved--even though that worked out in my favor!
