What is a certified (stamped copy) disposition of the case I want to have expunged. The state of Fla is asking for this

You need a copy for the disposition from the clerk of courts in the county where the case took place. It must be certified, and bear the clerks...

I agree with the others. Your brother needs 2 lawyers. One for the criminal case and one for the Civil suit. Best of luck to you and your brother!
