Call an attorney in Ga. also for your knowledge marijuana in orlando and Florida is still illegal and you can get up to a year In jail.

Normally there is a 30 day grace period for
Pot. They can test the levels to see its going down if you test positive again.

Be careful if you lose trial you will likely get a year in jail. Consult with a few criminal lawyers and see if they think you have a strong case.

It’s up to the Judge. A vop does make it more difficult but not impossible to get off early. Hire a lawyer to file the motion.
