You can file a motion to have it dismissed based on that fact that she is harassing you by contacting you and is clearly not in fear of you.

Show up to his first appearance and tell the judge you want him out. If they are able to release the holds they will.

It ends as long as you haven’t violated. You may get a letter but you may not. It’s just over as long as you complete the term.
