So you cannot turn yourself in unless there is a warrant, you can check warrants search through FDLE or you can call the state attorneys office. ...

If you plea then its very difficult to sue and say it was fake, if the state dismisses it or you go to trial and win then your chances are higher.
I was charged for giving a prostitute a ride but they did not charge the girl for prostitution how is this possible

cops have discretion in who they charge and why. Without more facts it's hard to know, but talk to your attorney and they should be able to help you.
What's worse? Having a warrant for failure to appear or having a warrant for absconding from felony probation?

This would all be mitigation and defenses that his criminal attorney needs to present to the prosecutor to try and get the charges dismissed.

You need to still complete the sanctions for the first dui. But if you got the 2nd while on probation you will likely violate.

Hire a new lawyer if you are not happy. Based on what you said there is no mandatory jail if it’s a 2nd outside 5 years.

The state has 6 months to file charges on a felony. They are likely waiting to get the results back from the lab on the drugs. Hire a lawyer asap....
