Resolve the case tomorrow if it's a good resolution. Otherwise hire an attorney so you don't have to go back to court.

No. Did you have the actual charge expunged? If it was dropped and you qualify you should consider it.

This is probably a violation of probation. Get a lawyer to help him because most of the time there is no bond on vops.

Normally the diversion contract for Seminole county says no early termination but speak to your officer about it and see what they suggest.
