While I am a licensed attorney in Indiana and Ohio where I have practiced law for approximately 10 years, for the last 17 years I have been a professional fiduciary working as a Bank Trust Officer in the areas of Trust and Estate Planning and Administration, for large regional banks: first PNC in Fort Wayne, IN, and currently, SunTrust Bank in Orlando, FL. Hence I am not seeking clients for an attorney-client relationship. I would however, entertain discussions with lawyers and other professional advisors or individuals in need of a professional fiduciary...be it trustee, personal representative, guardian, etc. to explore the possibility of a business relationship.
