Licensing work includes representation of health care providers with regard to licensing applications, investigations and disciplinary matters involving Florida individual health care professionals (Florida Department of Health) and institutional providers (Agency for Health Care Administration), and with an active Texas practice which includes representation of licensed professionals on disciplinary proceedings before the Texas licensing boards.
