Stephanie Marie Boomershine

Stephanie M. Boomershine protects and enforces intellectual property rights for businesses and creatives across Orlando, Clermont, Gainesville, Kissimmee, Leesburg, Melbourne, Ocala, Orange City, St. Cloud, The Villages, and Titusville. For more than a decade, she has litigated and resolved trademark, trade dress, copyright, trade secret, patent, and domain-name disputes in state and federal courts nationwide, representing both brand owners and accused infringers—including some of the world’s largest IP holders. Stephanie also handles complex commercial conflicts involving licensing, unfair competition, breach of contract, consumer protection, and franchise matters, and she regularly advises clients on acquiring, registering, and monetizing intellectual property through strategic licensing and technology agreements. A University of Florida Levin College of Law graduate (J.D., 2007) with a B.S. in Advertising from UF, Stephanie crafts cost-effective, business-oriented solutions that safeguard her clients’ most valuable assets.
