Biography
I have over 25 years of eminent domain and trial experience. A native of Orlando, FL I hold a B.A., with honors, from the University of Florida (1975) and a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law (1979). Since 1988 I have focused my practice solely on eminent domain. I have worked on recoveries for nearly 1,000 property owners and businesses earning me for the last eighteen years Martindale-Hubbell’s “Highest Possible Peer Review Rating in Legal Ability & Ethical Standards”. I have successfully represented clients against condemning authorities at the city, county and state levels in more than a dozen Florida counties.
I am very active in community affairs having served in various leadership roles for Valencia College Board of Trustees, Valencia College Foundation, the Youth Ministry Institute, the Kiwanis Club of Orlando, the Kiwanis Club of Orlando Foundation and the Citrus Club Board of Governors. I am also an accomplished lecturer on eminent domain matters
