I am happy to say that due to the nature of the crime, the first charge was dropped completely and the second charge, I entered a plead deal of withheld adjudication. The terms are 3 years probation with the possibility of 1 1/2 years being dropped. I do not have a felony on my background and I can have my record sealed.
