I retained the services of Mr. Messina for two RFE cases (i140 in March of 2020 and in March of 2021 for an i485) both of which required (i) a preponderance of evidence from recognized, credible experts in my field; (ii) in depth supporting documentation that demonstrated real world relevancy and (ii...i) addressing beyond reasonable doubt the merits and efficacy of the various aspects submitted for review and consideration in response to both RFEs.
