Matthew Adam Rabin

Matthew Rabin, Esq. is a Partner and the Managing Attorney of RTRLAW’s Personal Injury Litigation Division in Central Florida. Prior to becoming an Associate Attorney and Partner at RTRLAW, Mr. Rabin was in-house trial counsel for Chubb Florida Insurance Company.

His extensive experience as a trial attorney representing insurance companies defending personal injury cases, including product liability, property damage, condominium disputes, American with Disability Act Claims, and Fair Debt Collection Practices, gives Mr. Rabin a unique insight into the defense tactics of insurance companies and their defense attorneys. This makes Matt an extremely important component of our firm’s mission and continued success in the ability to uniquely strategize cases from inception through litigation, whether the case is settled out of court or ultimately results in a trial by jury.
