My Experience with Attorney Margareth Guedes Guedes Law, P.A. VERY BAD!!!! I paid attorney Margareth Guedes $1,500 to represent me in a case against my landlord. She never provided me with a written contract or receipt. After receiving my payment, she often ignored my calls and messages for days and ...even weeks, leaving me without updates during critical moments. She promised to file my case in court but never filed anything, and on the day she said she would start, she withdrew from my case at the last minute. She refunded only $750, claiming she spent time reviewing my case and talking to my landlord, but she gave me no contract, no billing records, and no proof of actual work. Her lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to follow through left me deceived, ignored, and unprotected. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend her services, and I have filed a complaint with the Florida Bar.
