About Louis
Biography
Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Louis Berk moved with his family to Florida at age ten, where learning a new language and culture taught him resilience. By 14 he was working weekends as a grocery bagger, then advanced through a catering company for the next decade, mastering business growth and customer care. Louis holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Finance & Accounting) from Florida Atlantic University and earned his J.D. at Florida A&M College of Law in 2014. After refining his skills under Ray Bodiford at Bodiford Law Group, he spent three years at McBride, Scicchitano & Leacox P.A., overseeing thousands of cases and securing multimillion-dollar recoveries. Fluent in Spanish and driven by two passions—educating the Hispanic community and giving back—he opened Louis Berk Law in 2018. Today he dedicates his practice to fighting for injured clients in personal injury and wrongful-death matters.
