Lawrence Michael Kosto

Larry was referred to me by another Orlando Lawyer who told me Larry had soundly beat him in a collections case. I have found Larry to be an excellent litigator with a sound understanding of the law and good writing skills. Over the years I have referred my friends to Larry because I know he is honest and will do a good job. Most recently, I told Larry about a problem I had with a lender on a commercial property. Larry suggested a chapter 11 bankruptcy (reorganization) for the property in order to force the lender to negotiate the loan and stop a foreclosure. He jumped right on it, stopped the foreclosure, negotiated down the lenders legal fees (from $10,000 to $3,000) and got my plan approved. Today I still own the building, the loan is reinstated and I have equity in the property.

Mr. Kosto was right on-budget (per his original estimate of what it would take) and correctly identified errors in the action that was brought against me. The "hearing" lasted less than a half an hour and the judge found quickly in our favor. He saved me at least $30,000 and a lot of heartache. Very ...professional. Excellent communicator. Nice guy. Efficient and friendly staff. What a breath of fresh air - 5 stars.
