Currently an Assistant Public Defender in the State of Florida. Defend and litigate alleged felony offenses and corresponding criminal traffic and misdemeanor offenses in trial court. Perform applicable motions practice and oral arguments in felony court. Counsel clients regarding their constitutional and statutory rights. Serve as Lead Attorney in first, second and third degree felony trials including the cross examination of state witnesses and experts and direct examination of defense ones.

Conducted legal research & advocacy on real estate investment interests, divorce, property, worker’s compensation, personal injury, small claims and employment matters. Served as attorney of record for eviction hearings & initial marital dissolution conference. Drafted separation of marital property analysis for post-marital proceedings. Prepared rebuttal letter responding to defendant’s affidavits in a public whistle-blower case. Served as personal counsel to respondent in wrongful death case.
