If the case was dropped you can get it expunged. You can get it sealed if you received a non-conviction sentence

The mugshot is part of the booking process along with prints and some personal information. This includes misdemeanors.

Unlikely, but the rules are always changing. Just inquire directly and they will let you know if it disqualifies you.

Its really just going to be up to them. I'd suggest going back and finding out for sure about the status of the second ticket.
