Jeff Mark Thompson

Jeff Thompson is the Managing Partner at Alvarez, Thompson & Smoak, P.A.. Jeff has been representing clients in Florida’s courts for over 30 years. His practice focuses on the handling of the defense of complex civil cases involving commercial transportation, business disputes, first-party property insurance defense/homeowners claims, construction defect, health care and premises liability claims, as well as all cases involving all aspects of personal injury and wrongful death. A strong background in public speaking has led many organizations to request Jeff as a speaker. He is often asked to speak on a variety of issues, such as tort reform, liability trends and legislative and regulatory implications in Florida.
